Our Story

We love New York style pizza! After a trip to the big apple on a pizza pilgrimage, we learnt NYC style is the way! Firm & crispy dough, adventurous toppings and designed to be eaten with your hands.

This is why we use the same methods as our American counterparts with our own twist!

Our dough is made on site by head chef Nona Natalie using just 5 simple ingredients; flour, yeast, water, salt and oil. Fermented for a minimum of 72 hours for the best flavour and digestibility.

A great deal of consideration goes into everything we do from dough to service and hand stretching every pizza to order.

For those who don’t know us, our journey started in 2016 with the popular ‘Ollie’s Eatery’ in nearby Redditch Town Centre. In 2018 ‘Ollie’s Eatery - Bar’ was established on Bromsgrove High Street, which gave us the opportunity to produce a more creative menu and provide a relaxing environment for people to enjoy some food and drink with their friends and families.
